J. Todd Raymond
J. Todd Raymond
J. Todd Raymond is a recognized leader in the data center and telecom industry, serving as CEO & Managing Director of fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (“1547”). With a career spanning over two decades, Todd has built, scaled, and transformed companies into industry leaders through strategic growth, acquisitions, and financial structuring. At 1547, he drives business strategy, operational excellence, and the expansion of a growing portfolio of highly connected, mission-critical data centers.
Before founding 1547, Todd played a pivotal role in shaping the modern interconnection landscape as CEO of The Telx Group. Under his leadership, Telx evolved from a niche colocation provider into a premier carrier-neutral interconnection platform, securing multiple rounds of funding and completing two private equity transactions. His expertise in corporate finance, legal strategy, and M&A positioned Telx as a cornerstone of global digital infrastructure.
Todd’s ability to navigate complex financial landscapes was also evident in his tenure as a co-founder of Stratus Services Group. He led the company through a series of acquisitions, capital raises, and ultimately a successful NASDAQ IPO—demonstrating his talent for scaling businesses in high-growth sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Albany Law School, and an LLM in Finance Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. An active member of industry organizations, including the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the American Corporate Counsel Association, Todd remains deeply involved in shaping the future of digital infrastructure.

Corey Welp
Corey is a Managing Partner and co-founder of fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (“1547”), driving the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio development, and financial structuring. With deep expertise in data center acquisitions, capital markets, and risk management, Corey has been instrumental in shaping 1547’s growth into a premier data center investment platform.
Under his leadership, 1547 has expanded its portfolio through strategic data center acquisitions across North America, deploying significant capital to develop and acquire millions of square feet of mission-critical infrastructure with hundreds of megawatts of power. He leads efforts to secure debt and equity capital, manage investor relations, and identify high-value opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure sector.
Before founding 1547, Corey established Oak Star Partners, a consulting firm specializing in alternative investment structuring and capital raising. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at leading investment firms, including Henderson Global, AIM Investments, and Enterprise Capital Management, where he played a pivotal role in securing over $4 billion in funding across technology, real estate, and other asset classes.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University. He continues to drive 1547’s mission to build a world-class portfolio of data center assets, delivering value to investors and supporting the ever-growing demand for digital infrastructure.

Jerry Martin
Jerry Martin
Jerry Martin is the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (“1547”), where he oversees operations, construction, and development across the company’s growing data center portfolio. With over 25 years of experience in large-scale development, including extensive expertise in data center infrastructure, Jerry plays a pivotal role in delivering mission-critical facilities on time and within budget.
As a co-founder of The Martin Group, a premier national data center construction firm, Jerry has led the development of complex, fast-track projects nationwide. His deep understanding of core and shell construction, combined with his hands-on experience in field supervision and project management, allows him to navigate the intricacies of high-end data center builds. He is known for his ability to optimize budgets and schedules through strategic value engineering while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
Through his work, Jerry has built strong relationships with leading real estate and technology firms, helping drive 1547’s success in developing and operating world-class data center assets. He attended Stockton College and holds OSHA 30-hour, 7×24 Exchange, and AFCOM certifications.

John Bonczek
John Bonczek
John Bonczek is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547), where he leads the company’s sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion. With over two decades of experience in the data center and telecom industry, Bonczek has a proven track record of building high-performing sales and marketing teams, and forging strategic partnerships that accelerate business success.
Before joining 1547, Bonczek served as Vice President at Digital Realty Trust | Telx, where he played a key role in expanding interconnection ecosystems and advancing the company’s market position. Bonczek’s deep expertise in carrier hotels, wholesale colocation, and enterprise connectivity has made him a trusted leader in the industry.
Bonczek is widely recognized for his ability to align sales and marketing initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring 1547 remains at the forefront of digital infrastructure solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and an MBA from the Stillman School of Business.
